5) Returns
All Gingezel scarves are guaranteed against defects for the normal life of the product. If you wish to return the scarf because of color, design, or fabric please do so unused within 30 days. If you have any questions about color, design, or fabric, please consider requesting a swatch.

6) Gift wrapping
All Gingezel jewelry is shipped in decorative envelopes suitable for gift giving at no extra cost.
Gift wrapping is not available for the scarves. They are shipped in plain transparent plastic with gold labeling.
7) Is the Jewelry Hypoallergenic?
Earwires are either hypoallergenic goldplate on surgical stainless steel, surgical stainless steel, or titanium.
Other metals used in the jewelry are not hypoallergenic.
